Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Bariatric Nurse, Surgical Assistant, MA Prepared Nutritionist
Allison is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as a Certified Bariatric Nurse, Surgical Assistant, and a Masters prepared nutritionist. She has worked in surgery and bariatrics, in both the office setting as well assisting in surgeries, for more than 15 years. She also owned her own nutritional practice in Boulder, counseling patients on healthy diet and disease management.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Boston College in, Allison moved to Boulder, Colorado. Her first job was at Wellspring for Woman, an amazing women’s practice that consisted of a variety of talented Nurse Practitioners, alternative health providers and forward thinking doctors. This began her love for comprehensive holistic women’s healthcare. She was trained by some of the best healthcare workers in Colorado, which inspired her to get her Masters in Nutrition at CSU with honors, and then become a Nurse Practitioner through Regis University, with honors. She has been guiding patients with hormonal health for over 25 years now.
She is also trained in Botox, dysport and fillers, and is a certified BioTe Provider.
Allison has been trained to listen to how the patient actually feels vs. what a majority of expensive labs say, and other healthcare providers tend to demand. Some of the modalities Allison uses are bio-identical hormones, diet, exercise, supplements, and medications if needed.

Cynthia StClair, FNP-C PMHNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant
Cynthia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, qualifying her to diagnose and treat individuals in all stages of life. Cynthia is passionately dedicated to promoting optimal health and healing by providing individualized holistic patient care with the use of prevention and nutraceuticals for both simple and complex health issues. Some of the various modalities she utilizes to promote optimal health include bioidentical hormones, diet, exercise, mental health support, supplements/nutraceuticals, and medications where needed. Additionally, Cynthia is trained in Integrative medicine and psychiatry as well as a certified BioTE Provider.
Cynthia’s goal is to help patients achieve desired results with the minimal intervention to achieve a natural correction. Cynthia values the integration of all disciplines and the potential for healing. She is passionate about providing evidence-based holistic care that utilizes all facets of her education in family practice, psychiatry, nutrition, nutraceuticals, and functional medicine.
